The backpacking trips are made up by a series of trails. Most start close to San Carlos de Bariloche, gateway access to the Nahuel Huapi National Park, which has the most developed system of huts in Southamerica to offer the best facilities to its visitors.

This system of huts, connected by mountain trails, continues to expand the quality and quantity of services. However, some of the trailheads do not have any services, some trips go into the wilderness with no huts and no cell service, so planning is very important to have all the necessary gear and food needed and anticipate  any problems.
